Pearl Harbor Masters
Workout Schedule
The Pearl Masters practice Monday to Friday from 0500-0630.
Currently, there is no on-deck coach, but workouts are provided at 3 different
levels. 3500 meters is the average daily workout on a 1:30-1:45 100 pace.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday practices are longer and harder (2000 - 4000m depending on ability), while Tuesday/Thursday practices concentrate on swim drills, stroke technique and kick.

11 a.m. - 1 p.m. (Lap Swim)
